Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for supervising and performing various maintenance tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our facility. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any maintenance needs
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including pressure washing and parking lot upkeep location. (Convenience Store)
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Reliable Transportation
• Clean driving record
• 18+ years old
