Job Description
Position Summary The Mobile Home Maintenance Worker is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving mobile homes and the surrounding property to ensure they remain safe, clean, and in good condition. This position requires a dependable individual with general maintenance skills and the ability to complete repairs efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mobile homes, including plumbing, carpentry Repair doors, windows, flooring, siding, roofing, skirting, and drywall as needed. Install and replace fixtures, appliances, and other home components. Troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete work orders in a timely manner. Conduct inspections to identify maintenance and safety concerns. Maintain the appearance of the property by mowing, trimming, removing debris, and performing general groundskeeping. Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies. Keep maintenance equipment and tools clean, organized, and in good working condition. Respond to emergency maintenance requests when necessary. Communicate professionally with residents, property managers, and team members. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in general maintenance, construction, or property maintenance preferred. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC systems. Ability to use hand and power tools safely. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
