In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our maintenance department, ensuring smooth administrative operations and effective communication. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help coordinate maintenance activities, manage documentation, and support the team in delivering top-notch service. Duties
  • Manage high volume of receipts, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Communicate with finance department on invoices that need payment
  • Create work orders and reports for unit repairs and vacant units
  • Manage vacancy forms and all accompanying documentation
  • Manage supply and asset inventory
  • Communicate with residents on maintenance-related matters
  • Communicate with maintenance staff regularly on repairs and unit turnovers
  • Communicate with vendors regarding supply orders Qualifications Proven office management or administrative experience Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and client interaction Prior experience in clerical support, data entry, customer service Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining professionalism at all times Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently across various administrative duties
Pay:
$23.00 per hour Expected hours: 25.0 per week
