Job Description

Job Title:

HVAC Technician

Location:

Framingham, MA 01701

Duration:

3 Months (Possible extension)

Shift:

Two-week cycle, 36 hours; 1st week- 48 hrs. 2nd week every other weekend Sunday ON Monday Off Tuesday Off Wednesday On Thursday On Friday Off Saturday Off Sunday Off Monday On Tuesday On Wednesday Off Thursday Off Friday On Saturday On

Pay Rate:

$41.24/hr. on W2

Note:

HVAC Technician Reposted from old posting, new resumes only please,

Ability to work rotating schedule which includes working every other Sunday,12-hour work days

Possibility of extension

Role will require:

Climbing ladders, confined space, LOTO, hot work permit

•

HVACs will work in cold rooms

Exposure to chemicals such as glycol, utilities, IPA, spor-klenz and refrigerant

Role will operate: Scissor list, boom lift.

Must Have Skills:

•EPA Certification is required

•2+ years in a dedicated experience in commercial HVAC role

Previous experience: Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.

Experience with (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.

Ability to interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Nice to have skills:

Any additional licenses or trade certs or licenses a plus.

Please ensure call candidates are aware of the required rotating schedule.

Details:

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems in a 24/7, cGMP-regulated facility.

Work with air handling units (AHUs), chillers, boilers, and cleanroom HVAC systems.

Maintain temperature-controlled environments, including cold and warm rooms.

Interpret and apply technical drawings, schematics, and documentation.

Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Accurately complete maintenance logs and system documentation.

strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to system issues.

Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed.

Support consistent environmental control to meet manufacturing and facility standards.

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma
