Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Worker to join our team.
Duties include:
Apartment turns after move outs Daily tenant maintenance requests Overall appearance of the property Potentially managing a part time maintenance worker. Duties/Skills Required Window and frame replacement Emergency on call availability (one week on/one week off- averaging 1 per month) Hot water tank installation Wall patching Painting Flooring Toilet replacement Shower installation Fix a broken pipe/leak Interior/exterior door replacements and frame Snow plowing and ice control (we provide truck) Light landscaping (wood chip spreading, asphalt repair) Loose trash pick up Cabinet installation Appliance installation (Refrigerator, AC) Junk removal to dump 108 units in Greenfield (company head quarters)- 24 units inSpringfield MA Pay:
