Job Description

General Description:
We are looking for a part time maintenance person to be onsite ready to go punch in by 8:00AM, ready to work by 8:15AM. In this position, your main responsibility is to help with maintenance tasks at assigned properties. Our ideal candidate will be a jack-of-all-trades, master of none. Must be able to use basic tools.
Maintenance Skills Needed:
Inspecting buildings & equipment. Painting Landscpaing & snow removal Power washing Basic plumbing Light carpentry
Preferred Requirements:
High School Diploma (not required) - Commonsense required Valid Driver's License (preferred) 2 year's experience in a similar role Professionalism Must be well-organized and can prioritize tasks. Multitasking Proactive & positive attitude. If you have a strong work ethic with a postive attitude, we encourage you to apply.
