Maintenance Worker (Entry-Level) We are seeking a hardworking and reliable individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Maintenance Worker. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills in the maintenance and repair field.

Responsibilities:

Assist with Utility work, including repair of Water and Sewer lines Assist with general building maintenance, including painting, carpentry, and landscaping Clean and maintain equipment and tools Respond to maintenance requests from staff and residents in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks

Requirements:
