Full-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a Maintenance Worker II with a CDL and intermediate experience to join our team. The Maintenance Worker II will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks with Water/Sewer utilities, Stormdrains, Building Maintenance, OR Concrete and Asphalt, as well as operating company vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain various hand and power tools Assist with landscaping and grounds maintenance Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow all safety protocols and procedures Complete work orders and documentation accurately and in a timely manner Operate heavy machinery Assist with snow removal and other seasonal maintenance tasks Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Valid CDL with a clean driving record 3. Intermediate experience in maintenance and repair work 4. Ability to operate and maintain a variety of hand and power tools 5. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 7. Good communication and interpersonal skills 8. Basic knowledge of building systems and equipment 9. Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor 10. Willingness to work in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Prior experience in a similar role 2. Additional technical or trade certifications 3.
