Maintenance Worker

Compensation:

$19.86 per hour

Responsibilities:

Take additional maintenance requests as assigned Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced Establish and implement preventative maintenance protocols to keep equipment operations smooth and eliminate safety risks Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they're operating efficiently and make any needed repairs

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent Strong understanding of maintenance equipment, techniques and procedures Superb attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems 2+ years of maintenance experience About Company Discover Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, located on Baltimore's famed Inner Harbor.
