Grounds Maintenance Worker Starting Pay:

$18.50/hour We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our grounds maintenance team. No previous experience is required — we will train you. English and Spanish speakers are welcome to apply. Spanish is spoken by members of our team. This is a hands-on outdoor position that is a great fit for someone who enjoys working outside, working with their hands, and learning how to operate different types of equipment. Experience in landscaping, construction, grounds maintenance, farming, sports fields, equipment operation, or other outdoor work is helpful, but not required . What You'll Do Mow and maintain grass and landscaped areas Operate utility vehicles and maintenance equipment String trim and perform general grounds maintenance Maintain sand and landscaped areas Assist with irrigation and watering Lay sod, seed, and repair turf Perform leaf and debris cleanup Assist with general outdoor maintenance projects Learn to operate specialized equipment What We're Looking For Dependable and able to arrive to work on time Willing to learn Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions Able to perform physical work Able to work well as part of a team Available for early-morning shifts Weekend availability as scheduled Schedule Full-time and seasonal opportunities available. Our workday starts early in the morning, which means you'll typically finish earlier in the day than with many traditional jobs. Pay Starting at $18.50 per hour Employees who show initiative and want to learn will have opportunities to take on additional responsibilities, learn new equipment, and advance. You do not need landscaping or grounds maintenance experience to apply.
