The Maintenance Extermination Assistant will assist exterminators during property visits. Responsibilities for

Maintenance Extermination Assistant:

Always conduct yourself in a professional manner by being courteous to residents, vendors and co-workers, and treating them with respect. Maintain confidentiality by not disclosing any information on a resident or a resident's account with anyone including the police or law enforcement. Only discuss information with a leaseholder. Monitor and document exterminator's work. Drive to multiple properties as needed. Initiate and maintain pertinent documentation. Complete all assigned work orders in a timely fashion. Utilize technical equipment as needed. Perform all other duties.

Skills/Qualifications:

High School Diploma/GED 2 years apartment front-facing custom service experience

• Must have valid driver's license and personal vehicle with insurance Ability to maintain confidentiality
