Role:

We are seeking a reliable, multi-skilled, and mature Handyperson to maintain our retail properties. You will handle upkeep, repairs, and small building projects. Our locations operate strictly as adults-only establishments. All applicants must be at least 21 to comply with legal standards. Candidates aged 25 or older are preferred to match the maturity level required.

Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning & Organizing:

Perform deep cleaning, waste removal, and heavy organization of storage and inventory areas.

Building Projects:

Complete small construction, basic carpentry, shelving installations, and fixture assemblies.

Painting:

Handle drywall patching, priming, and interior or exterior touch-up painting.

Basic Trades:

Execute light electrical fixes (swapping bulbs, fixtures) and minor plumbing troubleshooting.

Multi-Site Travel:

Commute between Edgewood and Havre de Grace locations based on project needs.

Requirements:

Age Requirements:

Must be 21+ (Ages 25+ preferred due to environment).

Reliable Transportation:

Valid driver's license and personal vehicle to travel between locations.

Proven Experience:

Practical knowledge of building maintenance, hand tools, and power tools.

Physical Ability:

Able to lift heavy items, climb ladders, and stand for long periods.

Reliability:

Self-motivated worker who completes checklists with minimal direct supervision.
