Job Overview Stellar Pool Services is looking for a dependable, hardworking Pool Service Helper to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and learning new skills, this could be a great fit. No pool experience is required—we'll train the right person. This position has the opportunity to become a long-term role for dependable employees. You'll work alongside an experienced pool service technician helping maintain residential swimming pools throughout Anne Arundel County. Ideal for someone with experience in landscaping, construction, pressure washing, moving, warehouse work, or other outdoor labor—but no experience is necessary. Responsibilities Assist with cleaning and maintaining residential swimming pools Test pool water and help balance water chemistry Vacuum pools, brush surfaces, and empty baskets Help inspect pool equipment for leaks or other issues Load and organize equipment and supplies Provide friendly, professional service to customers Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 18 years old Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in hot and changing weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Good communication and customer service skills No pool experience required—we will provide paid training

Pay:

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
