The Holiday Inn Oceanfront on 67th street in Ocean City MD is looking for a Maintenance Technician. We are busy 216 room hotel that is open year round. You must be able to provide great customer service in a fast paced environment. Must possess basic building trade skills. Desirable additional experience includes experience or willingness to learn pool/sauna maintenance, exposure to carpentry, plumbing and electrical experience. Strong organizational skills required. Must be able to work flexible shifts including weekends. Interpersonal skills are a must. Also must be able to conduct preventive maintenance process.

Special Skills:

This is a skilled labor position, hotel experience is a plus. Requires heavy lifting up to 100 pounds, twisting, bending, climbing, pulling, and walking.
