Job Description

We're looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to help with general property maintenance and light landscaping on Nautilus Island. This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone who takes pride in keeping grounds clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Pick up and clear fallen branches and debris Weeding garden beds and maintaining flower/planting areas Weed wacking / string trimming along walkways, fence lines, and hard-to-reach areas Leaf blowing and clearing walkways, driveways, and common areas Light painting touch-ups (fences, railings, small structures, etc.) General cleaning of outdoor spaces Basic upkeep of tools and equipment used on the job Reporting any larger maintenance or landscaping issues that need attention Qualifications Prior experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or general maintenance preferred (not required) Comfortable operating basic landscaping equipment (weed wacker, leaf blower, etc.) Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift, bend, and be on your feet for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
