Clarkston Community Schools Duties & Responsibilities Coordinates with building occupants, and administrators for the purpose of completing projects/work orders/preventative maintenance efficiently. Inspects facilities, systems and their components (building interior, exterior, electrical systems, HVAC systems, life safety systems, etc) to identify necessary repairs. Installs and repairs system and facility component parts (door and window assemblies, ceiling and floor materials, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc) for the purpose of maintaining facilities in a safe, comfortable, and efficiently operating condition. Maintains tools and/or equipment for the purpose of ensuring the availability of equipment in safe operating condition. Repairs various items, systems and/or components (electrical switches, fixtures, motors, plumbing, drainage systems, HVAC, alarms, etc) for the purpose of ensuring that items are available and in safe working condition. Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items. Requests quotations for the purpose of providing cost information, purchasing and securing items. Responds to emergency situations for the purpose of resolving immediate safety concerns. Salt and plow district parking lots in winter months. Lawn mower engine repair Snow plowing and removal, etc Salting Lawn and landscape maintenance Deliveries Athletic Field maintenance and prep Other duties as assigned.
