REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work outdoors in various conditions Strong attention to detail and time management skills Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required A clean driving record and the ability to operate landscaping vehicles and machinery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for ensuring that Landscape Logic quality standards are being met and process is being followed on each site in a safe and efficient manner. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Mulching, pruning, clean-ups, annual planting, sod repair, winter care, lighting, monthly maintenance as well as minor property upgrades Follow company policies, procedures, and work standards

WORKING CONDITIONS

Outdoor environment, potentially exposed to varying weather conditions. Regular lifting of heavy materials and equipment. May require working early mornings or weekends, depending on project timelines.
