Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing 2+ years' recent Operating Room experience BLS required; ACLS preferred Strong clinical judgment and adaptability in a fast-paced surgical setting Excellent attendance and punctuality, in alignment with a strict 3-strike attendance policy

Responsibilities:

Circulate and/or scrub for a range of surgical procedures Collaborate and communicate clearly with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team Adhere to evidence-based protocols to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and uphold a respectful patient-centered environment Meet required attendance standards, with exceptions considered only for substantiated illness or hospitalization
