The Facility Support Personnel team plays a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This position is responsible for maintaining community grounds, buildings, and equipment while ensuring the property remains secure, attractive, and operating efficiently. Working in compliance with all applicable regulations and community standards, Facility Support Personnel take pride in supporting daily operations and enhancing the overall quality of life within the community. 10 / hour Key Responsibilities Cleaning and Maintenance Assist with daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, surface cleaning, waste removal, and sanitizing surfaces. Clean restrooms, replenishing supplies, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the day. Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, trimming, sweeping, mowing, removing snow and salting, etc., as necessary/directed. Department Support Set up and take down furniture and equipment for events, room moves, or meetings. Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Facility Maintenance Manager and complete work orders timely through an electronic portal system. Assist with inventory management by organizing and restocking cleaning supplies. Safety and Compliance Use cleaning chemicals and equipment according to safety protocols. Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained and operated safely. Complete inspections on a routine basis as assigned. Customer Service Respond to and address requests or concerns from team members, guests, or residents promptly. Provide support for any additional tasks or special cleaning needs as requested. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise At least 1 year of experience in custodial and maintenance work Must function independently and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with the residents/personnel.
