Job Description
Robotic Welder A company located in Dexter is looking for welders on 1st shift. You'll be responsible for MIG (metal inert gas) welding. What you'll be doing as a Robotic Welder Expertly operate robotic welders—including performing basic programming adjustments—and utilize MIG welding, oxy-fuel torches, and plasma cutters to fabricate, repair, and rework parts per blueprint specifications. Quality-check finished welds using precision measurement tools; grind out, dismantle, straighten, and re-shape defective components to meet strict standards. Assist with the efficient changeover of machinery, tooling, and components to minimize downtime and maintain continuous production flow. Layout, fit, and assemble fabricated, cast, forged, and machined components using a variety of specialized hand tools. What you'll need to succeed as a Robotic Welder 2 years of operating Robotic Welders and MIG welding experience Ability to read blueprints Ability to use a cutting torch, tape measure High School diploma or GED Additional information for the Robotic Welder $24.00 hourly Wednesday-Saturday, 2:30pm - 10pm Dexter, 48130
