Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Maintenance Assistant / Junior Maintenance Technician for a growing manufacturer in Fenton, MI.This could be a great opportunity if you already have some hands-on experience with machine maintenance, mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, or manufacturing equipment and want to continue building your maintenance skills.

Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30

PM Overtime:

Fridays as needed

Pay:

$16.50-$18.00/hr Full-time opportunity Benefits available

What You'll Be Doing:

Performing preventative maintenance on production equipment Assisting experienced maintenance technicians with repairs Troubleshooting basic mechanical and electrical machine issues Helping maintain machine safety equipment and guards Supporting facility maintenance Using hand and mechanical tools Assisting with equipment and production support as needed We are looking for someone with at least some previous maintenance experience who is mechanically inclined, reliable, and interested in continuing to develop their industrial maintenance skills.

Experience with manufacturing equipment, electrical troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, PLC-controlled equipment, or forklifts would be helpful.
