  • Part-time, Full-time Hotel Maintenance Technician Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and skilled Hotel Maintenance Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities, equipment, and guest rooms to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests and staff. This role involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and completing repairs in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and building systems. Complete preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and hotel staff. Repair or replace fixtures, lighting, appliances, doors, locks, windows, and furniture as needed. Maintain hotel grounds, parking areas, and exterior facilities. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and hotel standards. Maintain accurate maintenance logs and repair records. Assist with emergency repairs and be available for on-call duties when required. Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance projects. Help maintain inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred. Previous maintenance experience in a hotel, hospitality, apartment, or commercial building environment is preferred. Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building maintenance. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor environments. Flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
