Job Description
Located in Texas Corners, Kalamazoo The Maintenance Assistant works under the supervision of the Maintenance Director to ensure the community is functioning properly. The Maintenance Assistant will communicate daily with their direct supervisor. This position works closely with residents as they are in need of room maintenance and are to be treated with the utmost respect at all times. This position will require an expertise in a variety of responsibilities. 30+ hours per week preferred. 40 hours per week is available if needed.
