Steinagel Management Services is looking to add a fresh team member to our growing Property Management business. We're seeking a high-energy self-starter who enjoys solving problems learning new skills, and takes pride in doing great work. You will conduct routine inspections and and maintenance tasks on older houses to ensurethey remain in optimal condition. Diagnose and ttroubleshoot issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and structural integrity. Colloaborate with the Maintenace Manager and team members to develop maintenance plans tailored to preserve the historical authenticity of each property. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Including work performed, materials used, and notable obseervations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or Maintenace and Property Owners and address issues in a timely manner. Adhere to safety protocols and reglations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
