Overview We are a small residential rental company looking to hire professional, detail-oriented individuals who are familiar with or willing to become familiar with the Lansing City Housing codes. We look for workers with experience and knowledge of at least one or more of the following specialties to include but not limited to: Carpentry, Electrical, Plumbing and Roofing. We are looking for workers who understand time is money and that each job is important and must be done in a timely fashion. Must have transportation. We prefer our members to have a pickup truck. Maintenance positions require workers to travel with-in the Greater Lansing Area. Pay rate is determined by experience. Raises are given based on work performance and ability to complete repairs quickly and satisfactorily. We do require everyone brings their own basic hand tools and cell phones with voicemail set up.
