Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Property Maintenance Technician to support multiple property locations. This role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge in various maintenance areas and a strong willingness to learn and grow within the role. Training will be provided to the right candidate, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in developing their skills in property upkeep and facilities management. Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and repairs across multiple property locations, including interior building areas. Perform plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, and maintaining fixtures. Carry out electrical work including troubleshooting electrical issues and maintaining electrical systems. Maintain facilities equipment to ensure proper operation and safety standards are met. Use hand tools effectively for various repair and maintenance tasks. Perform carpentry work such as repairing doors, windows, cabinetry, and other wooden structures. Assist with building interior maintenance to uphold the appearance and safety of the properties. Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of maintenance requests. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment during all maintenance activities. Experience Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, facilities equipment maintenance, carpentry, and building interior maintenance is required. Prior experience in property or facilities maintenance is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn new skills related to property upkeep and maintenance practices.
