Job Description
Proto Gage Tool & Die Inc. is a mid sized stamping facility located in Sterling Heights, MI. We are looking to fill the position, Maintenance Manager. This person will be responsible for: Maintenance of the building, presses and equipment. Preforming all equipment PM tasks. Preforming repairs to equipment (presses, light curtains, feeders, etc.). Documenting PM tasks and repairs in PLEX. Able to operate forklift, crane and scissor lift. Organizing the maintenance department Adhering to all safety Procedures including lockout/tagout and electrical safe work practices. Ability to listen and follow direction from management. Ability to work well with others. Support company goals and objectives. Minimum of 2 years of experience preforming maintenance at a stamping facility. Must have a back round in electronic control systems and production stamping equipment. Must have strong diagnostic and mechanical skills. Must have experience with hydraulic and nematic systems.
