We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Renovation Crew to join our team at Harmony Village, a leading full-service healthcare services and management company. As a Renovation Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facility, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections to identify and prioritize renovation needs Collaborate with our maintenance team to plan and execute renovation projects, ensuring timely completion and highest quality standards Perform tasks such as painting, wallpapering, carpeting, and other renovation-related duties as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations Work closely with other departments, including operations, housekeeping, and administration to ensure seamless communication and coordination About the
