  • $18 an hour 4 days ago Benefits Paid holidays Flexible schedule Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Records management Calendar management Time management Full Job Description Renaissance Property Management is seeking to hire a talented maintenance coordinator to join our team to assist with day-to-day maintenance operations including but not limited to phones, scheduling, data entry, walk-in traffic and general office tasks as needed.
This role will report to the manager and CEO and responsibilities include but are not limited to effectively computing, classifying, and recording data for accurate and complete records while assisting the tenants, co-workers, owners and communications for maintenance calls, city corrections, and changeover maintenance. We are looking to fill full-time positions preferably, however, can be flexible with the right applicants and while experience is preferred, we are willing to work with varying levels and train. The ideal candidates will showcase a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability and be an friendly professional prepared to regularly help assist with all customers and drive our customer experience forward. Starting pay to be agreed upon based on several factors such as experience and skills. We strive to provide efficient services in all aspects of property management, including potential residents. We managed approximately 350 properties coming in around 475 units with needs year-round.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Receive and coordinate appropriate maintenance procedures
  • Oversee maintenance team members
  • Maintains good relationships and responds to resident concerns to avoid escalation
  • Assist with resident retention and relations; including correspondence via email, text and calls in a fast, friendly manner
  • Maintain a positive outlook even in times of stress
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and must have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work with little oversight
  • Report to manager and/or boss regarding issues in progress, resolved and that need further attention.
  • Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the properties or residents
  • Perform all job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Some weekend, evening, and on-call shifts may be required
  • Follow safety procedures
Requirements:
~High School Diploma or Equivalent ~Valid Driver's License ~Preferred applicant be available for rotating after hours and weekends for on-call responsibilities and partial weekend and early evening shifts if necessary.
Preferred:
Related property management experience Experience with Rent Manager software is a plus
