Responsibilities Perform general building maintenance and upkeep Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas Complete miscellaneous repairs, including basic plumbing and electrical work Troubleshoot and address routine maintenance issues Assist with moving, setup, and other general facility tasks as needed Drive company vehicles as required Perform snow removal and winter maintenance during the winter season Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Qualifications Previous general maintenance experience preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and building repairs Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Ability to perform physical tasks and work both indoors and outdoors Ability to respond to seasonal and emergency maintenance needs If you are a dependable, hands-on person who takes pride in keeping a facility in good condition, we would like to hear from you.
