Job Description
Here is the job description: The job duties associated with this position revolve around assembling SarTec's one-of-a-kind equipment and assisting with maintaining the local properties. Specific examples of duties
Including:
Equipment- Assembly of new equipment keeping the work areas organized and stocked. Track and troubleshoot equipment that has been sent back from the field. Loading/unloading
- Safely operate a forklift to load and unload product and equipment shipments. Building maintenance
- Includes general construction, cleaning, plumbing, sweeping, car detailing, steam cleaning carpets, vacuuming etc. Grounds maintenance
- Maintain the grounds at the Aitkin properties. This includes but is not limited to: sprinkler system maintenance, gardening, landscaping, mowing the lawn, snow removal etc. Various other duties and special projects
- as directed by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- General maintenance experience including plumbing, light electrical, and construction.
- Ability to operate forklift, tool cat and other small equipment.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Ability to occasionally lift 50-lbs, constant standing, safe use of hand tools, occasional kneeling and climbing.

$40,000.00- $42,000.
