About the Role We're looking for a proactive Facilities & Building Operations Lead who will take ownership of our facility and ensure it's always guest-ready. This role goes beyond cleaning—it's about helping maintain a professional venue where every event can succeed. Responsibilities Inspect event rooms before and after events Perform preventative maintenance throughout the building Complete minor repairs and routine maintenance Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility Set up furniture and event spaces Conduct opening and closing building inspections Monitor cleaning and maintenance supply inventory Identify HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues Coordinate with outside vendors when larger repairs are needed Maintain outdoor areas during all seasons Ensure the building is safe, clean, and guest-ready every day Qualifications Previous maintenance, facilities, or janitorial experience preferred Comfortable performing basic repairs Able to lift up to 50 lbs Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Strong attention to detail Must be available evenings and weekends based on the event schedule What We Offer Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Growth opportunities Employee meal discounts (if applicable) Opportunity to help build a growing hospitality business Ready to Join Our Team?
