Job Overview The Sanctuary of St. Cloud is an affordable, friendly senior living community. We are located near Highway 10 and County 23 in St. Cloud, MN. Our beautiful community hosts 101 Assisted Living and 36 Memory Care apartments. Our residents enjoy worry-free living in a warm and friendly community with services to meet their individual needs. Monitors preventative maintenance programs and repairs building systems and equipment. Trains other building staff, as needed, on basic trouble-shooting of building systems and equipment. Responsibilities Repairs and maintains physical structure and grounds.

This includes the following:

Repairs items found deficient by maintenance or requested by work orders. Changes filters and check belts on air handle units. Checks kitchen equipment. Greases, checks belts and oils on laundry equipment. Helps in housekeeping as requested. Assists with moving boxes, furniture, etc. Maintains shop in a clean and orderly manner. Removes snow from sidewalks and walkways and uses ice melt on sidewalks as needed (where applicable). Trims around bushes, trees, and sidewalks. Removes debris and downed palm fronds (where applicable). Keeps grounds safe and looking neat and attractive. Processes work orders and performs other duties as assigned. Assists with turnover of apartments for new residents.
