Brooklyn Park, MN Pay:

$25.00 per hour, paid weekly

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 5:00am-2:30pm About this opportunity: This position performs semi-skilled jobs in a variety of trades, including but not limited to maintaining, repairing, and providing custodial services as assigned for the building to ensure a clean, orderly, secure and welcoming environment for those in the building, as well as, ensure proper functioning of the facility.

Duties include:

Construction, maintenance and repair of the building and equipment. Custodial and support and general maintenance What makes you a good fit: Knowledge of general methods and practices of a variety of trade areas (e.g. mechanics, masonry, welding, electrical, plumbing and carpentry) sufficient to assist licensed trades workers and to repair machinery, equipment, and facilities in a timely and safe manner.
