Responsibilities Conduct repairs using hand tools, power tools to troubleshoot issues effectively. Maintain building interior spaces through painting, drywall repairs, and other maintenance and painting tasks to uphold aesthetic standards. Support plumbing system maintenance including leak detection, pipe repairs, fixture replacements, and plumbing system troubleshooting. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from residents or staff while maintaining a professional attitude. Follow safety protocols during all maintenance activities to ensure a secure environment for yourself and others Experience Proven experience in general maintenance or facilities maintenance roles with hands-on work involving HVAC systems, plumbing, or mechanical repairs. Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and the use of hand tools and electrical testing devices like ohmmeters. Knowledge of painting techniques and building interior maintenance practices. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality work standards. Pay:
