Eden Prairie High School Assistant Maintenance Operations Coordinator Eden Prairie Schools is seeking an Assistant Maintenance Operations Coordinator to assist the High School MOC with supervision of all custodial and maintenance personnel, manage CMMS (computer maintenance management systems) and maintain the physical school plant and grounds in a condition of operating excellence in order to provide quality education and a safe environment for all staff, students, and community.Position Qualifications Education/Certification:
High school graduate or equivalent Certification of good health signed by a licensed physician 1st class boiler's license and any additional appropriate grade license for the building where the positon is located.Experience:
Five years' experience with a mix of leadership, maintenance, and custodial experience or the equivalent in custodial service in other institutions and firms. Knowledge and expertise in the basic techniques of facilities management, electrical repair and mechanical maintenance, carpentry, grounds maintenance, and supervisory experience.Qualifications:
Demonstrated communications skills Proficiency in computer skills Knowledge of school district policies and procedures, or ability to learn. Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, organize the work flow, and be flexible- Please review the attached job description for additional details about the position. - Salary/year $92,700 based on the 2026-2028 EPSS Employment Agreement (EPSS Level II) Hours Per Day 8 hours a day Days Per Week 5 days Days Per Year 260 days Times 2:00 PM
- 10:30 PM Vacation 20 days a year Holidays 12 paid holidays each year Life Insurance Life insurance fully paid by the employer for an amount equal to twice the employee's annual salary Long Term Disability Insurance Long term disability fully paid by the employer.
