Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly and looking great? Join our team at Camp Lincoln Camp Lake Hubert, where your skills in grounds and maintenance help create a safe, beautiful, and unforgettable environment for campers and staff alike.
In this role, youll take on a wide range of responsibilitiesfrom basic repairs to landscaping and facility upkeepand contribute directly to the camper experience. Youll collaborate with multiple departments and vendors, support inventory needs, and help ensure our camp property stays in top condition all season long.

What Youll DoPerform general maintenance and light repair work across camp facilities (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, pools, appliances, furniture, and painting)Maintain camp grounds, including mowing, trimming, leaf blowing, weeding, and other landscaping tasksConduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to keep camp safe and running efficientlyMaintain tools, vehicles, and equipment in clean and safe working conditionAccurately complete records of maintenance work, including timesheets and work logsAssist with tracking and ordering maintenance and groundskeeping suppliesSupport seasonal projects like facility prep, trail maintenance, and storm cleanupFollow all safety protocols and operate tools/equipment with proper precautionsCommunicate effectively with other departments to ensure quick response to issuesJump in to support special projects and other duties as needed to keep camp at its bestWhat Were Looking ForPrevious experience in general maintenance and/or groundskeeping (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, HVAC, etc.)Comfortable using a variety of hand and power toolsStrong time management and ability to work independentlyFlexibility to work varied hours, including occasional weekends if neededAbility to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically active tasks (e.g., walking, climbing, reaching, bending)Basic reading/writing skills to follow instructions and complete recordsPreferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experienceFamiliarity with Microsoft Office; Excel is a plusValid drivers license (required for camp vehicle use)Why Youll Love Working at Camp Lincoln Camp Lake HubertBe part of a team that values tradition, teamwork, and growthWork in a beautiful outdoor setting surrounded by lakes and woodsSee the direct impact of your work on the camp experienceGain meaningful hands-on experience and new skillsJoin a supportive, fun, and mission-driven communityIf you're ready to put your skills to work in a role that blends maintenance, nature, and making a differencewed love to hear from you!
