The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our shop, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. The Shop Assistant will help with various duties, from washing our fleet, maintaining inventory, supporting our lead Mechanic with technical tasks and learning how to work on Power Sweepers. Responsibilities Assist in the organization and maintenance of the shop environment, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness. Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs. Experience Previous experience in a shop environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with using a pressure washer and power tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. Attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
