Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance & Property Assistant to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in keeping our properties running smoothly by ensuring our maintenance technicians have the materials, tools and support they need to complete jobs efficiently. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will be key drivers in maintaining high standards of property management. Responsibilities Transport tools, parts, and materials to and from job sites to assist multiple maintenance technicians. Pick up supplies from local suppliers or central storage as needed. Track and help organize inventory, supplies, or central storage areas. Communicate effectively with maintenance technicians to get the job done more efficiently. Lend a hand to other property departments with occasional errands, setup or physical tasks.

Skills Driver's License:

Valid with a clean record Reliable transportation: Dependable vehicle for light deliveries

Physical Capability:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend and perform physical labor throughout the day.

Skills:

Familiarity with common hand tools.

Traits:

Strong communication, time management skills and a team player attitude.

Pay:

From $20.00 per hour
