Job description:

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintenance and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Provide leadership and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Utilize requests/facility needs to track and prioritize work orders, schedule preventative maintenance, and maintain accurate records. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing equipment, painting, troubleshooting issues, and conducting inspections. Fabricate or repair parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of machinery and equipment. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from various departments and provide excellent customer service.

Skills:

Strong technical skills in maintenance and repair of equipment. Excellent problem-solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and other departments. Detail-oriented mindset to ensure accuracy in record keeping and maintenance tasks.
