The City of Savage is now accepting applications to fill two, full-time, year-round Maintenance Operator positions in the Streets Division. Maintenance Operators work individually and as part of a team to effectively and efficiently maintain the City's streets and other infrastructure for the safe use of residents and the general public. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., however the position also requires response to call-ins on evenings, weekends and holidays for snow and ice operations. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years of experience in the construction, maintenance and repair of streets, bridges, trails or parking lots. Position requires a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL), with tanker endorsement and no restriction on air breaks, within one year of hire and for duration of employment.
