Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part Time Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment through proactive maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Duties Perform routine preventive maintenance on building and machines. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment problems efficiently. Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance tasks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. Support manufacturing or operational areas by maintaining equipment uptime and safety standards. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field within residential or manufacturing environments. Mechanical knowledge. Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and effective teamwork.
