K Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds. Inspect and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other building components. Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and systems. Operate power tools and other equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain records of maintenance activities. Comply with safety regulations and procedures.
