In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the hotel's facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our guests. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks on hotel facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and guests to ensure guest satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify potential issues before they escalate. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Collaborate with other departments to coordinate repairs and improvements without disrupting guest services. Assist in training new maintenance staff on procedures and safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. Familiarity with electrical systems and schematics is essential. Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with guests and staff. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Leadership experience is a plus but not required.
