Responsibilities:

What your day might look like:

• Maintain the property through various activities including trimming, painting, carpet cleaning, changing filters, etc.
• Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain company safety standards.
• Assist with the maintenance of the grounds as needed. We are looking for you if:
