Job Description
Professional Management Group, Inc. (PMG) of Osage Beach is seeking an energetic, motivated individual to join our property management team as Groundkeeper/Maintenance Qualified individuals must be skilled multitaskers, team players, and have hands-on experience in general maintenance including but not limited to; plumbing, electrical, hot water heaters, window/door replacement, general construction, painting, and drywall knowledge is a plus. Must have own tools, valid driver license and reliable transportation. Must be able to lift at least 80 pounds without assistance. This position requires a strong ability to manage your time and work without constant supervision. It is a Mon - Friday position but will be on call when needed. Salary based upon experience. Must fully complete an application and successfully pass a background check and drug screening to be considered for employment.
