Responsibilities Engineering Assistant Maintenance Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to: Create new PM's, edit existing PMs, and enter completed PMs

Create new work orders, edit existing works orders, and enter completed work orders

Make calls and schedule appointments as necessary

Enter information into corp. spreadsheets for CAP-X

Document plant operations & functions

Assign work orders for

PM & PMI

Weekly meetings to identify and schedule CAM items within the plant

Continued training in E-Maintenance

Create Teams meeting and slides for meeting

All other duties as assigned This is an on-site position. This is a safety sensitive position. Qualifications Qualified candidates for the Engineering Assistant Maintenance Clerk position should possess the following: Trained in E-Maintenance system or ability to learn Ability to multi-task and prioritize Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint Excellent at math/algebra Follow-up skills are a must Maintain a positive attitude Ability to generate Ghant Charts and timeline generation Maintain low absenteeism CAD experience is a plus Qualified candidates for this position will be required to successfully complete the background check.
