Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and equipment. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Duties Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on electrical systems, mechanical equipment, and facilities. Troubleshoot and repair issues related to logic controllers, ensuring optimal functionality. Perform welding and fabrication tasks as needed to maintain equipment and structures. Execute residential painting projects to enhance the appearance of facilities. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management. Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations. Supervise maintenance staff during projects, providing guidance and support as necessary. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems. Familiarity with welding techniques and fabrication processes is a plus. Experience using CMMS software for maintenance tracking is advantageous. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively. Previous supervisory experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
