Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Maintenance Worker and play a vital role in ensuring the safety, and upkeep on our mobile homes. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work indoors and outdoors. You will play an instrumental part in keeping our environment vibrant, safe, and well-kept through hands-on maintenance activities and repairs. If you thrive in working with your hands and always having something new to do each day then this is the perfect role for you! Duties Perform preventative maintenance on our mobile homes with and without occupants residing. Operate a variety of maintenance tools safely and without issues. Maintain and repair mobile homes within a timely, efficient, and professional manner. Ability to diagnose and repair all parts of a mobile home, including roofs, plumbing, basic electrical, inside, and outside of mobile homes. HVAC and professional electrical are not required Conduct cleaning, painting, drywall repairs in mobile homes. Ability to follow directions and complete jobs in a timely manner. Follow all safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents during all work activities. Hours for job 9:00 AM -5:00 PM Monday-Friday, Weekends and outside hours, to be on call. Requirements Experience working on mobile homes, water heaters, plumbing lines, electrical outlets, painting, drywall repair, roofs, underpinning, siding, etc. Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, hand tools, mowers, weed eaters, pruning tools, etc. Strong understanding of proper procedures for repairing all parts of a mobile home. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods. Familiarity with safety protocols related to home repair operations and pesticide management. Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to mobile home maintenance tasks. Valid experience in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Must have reliable transportation and working cell phone.
