Part-Time Maintenance & Landscaping Technician
Sedalia, MO | $17.00/hour | Day Shift | Monday-Friday - Flexible Schedule
Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Part-Time Maintenance & Landscaping Technician to help maintain our facilities and grounds in Sedalia, MO. This position offers a flexible daytime schedule Monday through Friday and is ideal for someone with general maintenance, repair, painting, and landscaping experience.
The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, using a variety of hand and power tools, and handling both indoor maintenance and outdoor groundskeeping responsibilities.
Responsibilities
Perform general building maintenance and minor repairs
Complete routine facility upkeep and preventative maintenance tasks
Perform landscaping and groundskeeping, including mowing, trimming, planting, and general property cleanup
Complete interior and exterior painting and touch-up projects
Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Troubleshoot basic maintenance issues and make necessary repairs
Assist with upkeep of facility equipment and property
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Respond to facility maintenance needs in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications
Previous maintenance, facilities, handyman, or similar experience preferred
Experience with landscaping and groundskeeping
Experience with residential or commercial painting
Comfortable using hand and power tools
General mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
